(1)44 (1) La catégorie des personnes qui font l’objet d’un rapport déféré pour enquête en vertu du paragraphe 44(2) de la Loi est une catégorie réglementaire de personnes.

(2)(2) Appartient à la catégorie des personnes qui font l’objet d’un rapport déféré pour enquête en vertu du paragraphe 44(2) de la Loi les personnes qui font l’objet de ce rapport.

(3)(3) La personne qui appartient à la catégorie visée au paragraphe (1) doit se présenter à son enquête devant la Section de l’immigration si celle-ci l’y convoque.
