🍁 En termes simples
A person who receives a departure order (the least severe type of removal order) can voluntarily leave Canada within 30 days and confirm their departure. If they comply, the order is satisfied and they may be eligible to return. Failure to voluntarily comply escalates a departure order to a deportation order.
Affects: Persons subject to removal or detention
