PARTIE 1 : Immigration au CanadaEnquête de la Section de l'immigration
§50

Péremption : résidence permanente

Péremption : résidence permanente

Enforcement
🍁 En termes simples

Removal may be unenforceable in certain circumstances — for example, if the country of origin will not accept the person, if removal would put the person at risk (PRRA pending), or if other legal barriers exist. Being unenforceable does not mean the order is cancelled — just that it cannot be executed at that time.

Affects: Persons subject to removal or detention
