The class for people who do not fit the Convention refugee definition but are caught in a war. You qualify if you are outside every country you belong to or once lived in, and civil war, armed conflict or massive human rights violations have affected you seriously and personally, and still do. General danger in the country is not enough; it has to have reached you.
