We wrote these terms to be clear, not to hide behind legalese. Here's what matters.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClearToEnter (cleartoenter.ca or cleartoenter.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ClearToEnter.

2. Critical Disclaimer — Read This

By using ClearToEnter, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • ClearToEnter provides general immigration INFORMATION only, not legal advice.
  • Results are generated using AI analysis of publicly available law and may not cover every scenario.
  • We are not immigration consultants, lawyers, or government representatives.
  • We are not registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Authority (ICCRC/CICC) or any provincial law society.
  • Users should verify all information with IRCC directly or with a qualified immigration lawyer.
  • ClearToEnter accepts NO LIABILITY for any immigration decisions made based on our tools.
  • There is no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular case.
  • Immigration law changes frequently — information provided may not reflect the most current law or policy.

3. Nature of Service

ClearToEnter provides 11 free interactive tools, 110+ free educational guides, and two paid reports: the Admissibility Report ($49.99 CAD) and the Immigration Pathway Report ($149.99 CAD). Paid reports are generated using AI (Anthropic/Claude) against publicly available Canadian immigration law, including the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA), the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR), and official IRCC policy manuals. Content on ClearToEnter is available in 2 languages. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall be authoritative.

This service does not establish any professional relationship. There is no attorney-client relationship, consultant-client relationship, or fiduciary duty created by your use of ClearToEnter. No professional privilege attaches to any information you share with us.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ClearToEnter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.
  • ClearToEnter shall not be liable for any immigration decision, denial, deportation, or legal consequence resulting from reliance on information provided by this service.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClearToEnter for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • If you have not paid for any service, our maximum liability is CAD $0.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClearToEnter and its operators, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any immigration application or decision you make based on information from this service; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

6. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

  • Use this service for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our analysis systems or proprietary algorithms
  • Not use the service on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent
  • Independently verify all information before relying on it for any immigration decision
  • Consult a qualified immigration lawyer for complex or high-stakes situations

7. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Paid reports and assessments are digital services delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because our reports are delivered digitally and immediately, we cannot offer refunds once the service has been rendered. By completing payment, you acknowledge that the digital service will be delivered immediately and waive any right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your paid service, contact us at hello@cleartoenter.ca within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and software of ClearToEnter are owned by or licensed to ClearToEnter. Immigration law itself (IRPA, IRPR, IRCC policy) is public domain. Reports generated for you using our paid tools are licensed to you for personal use only — you may not resell, republish, or use them commercially.

9. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLEARTOENTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final for digital products delivered immediately upon payment. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your paid service, email hello@cleartoenter.ca within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

Is ClearToEnter responsible for my immigration outcome?

Can I share or resell my paid report?

Reports generated by our paid tools are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, republish, redistribute commercially, or use them on behalf of others without their knowledge.
