Work Permits
🍁 In Simple Terms

You are a worker if you were authorized to enter and remain as one. Same structure as the visitor rule: the status comes from the authorization, and the permit is the evidence of it.

195 A foreign national is a worker and a member of the worker class if the foreign national has been authorized to enter and remain in Canada as a worker.
