Condition imposed on members of a crew

🍁 In Simple Terms

If you enter Canada as a crew member of a ship or aircraft, you must leave Canada within 72 hours of no longer being part of that crew. If you entered Canada specifically to join a vessel as crew, you must join that vessel within the required period or you're in violation.

Legal Text — IRPR Regulation 184

(1)184 (1) A foreign national who enters Canada as a member of a crew must leave Canada within 72 hours after they cease to be a member of a crew.

(2)(2) The following conditions are imposed on a foreign national who enters Canada to become a member of a crew:
