TEER 5 occupations do not qualify for FSW. With Canadian work experience, you may qualify for CEC. Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) may have streams for this occupation.

Official Definition
Meat cutters and fishmongers prepare and package pieces of meat, poultry and fish that are sold by food retailers or wholesalers. They use tools to cut, trim and package meat, poultry and fish on a daily basis. They are employed in grocery stores, fish stores, or they may be self-employed.
TEER 5 Explained
Occupations typically requiring short work demonstration or no formal educational requirement. These include entry-level manual, service, and labour occupations. Not eligible for Express Entry FSW, but LMIA work permits and PNP streams may be available.
Pathway note: Even though this NOC doesn't qualify for Express Entry FSW, you may still immigrate via: Canadian Experience Class (after 1 year of Canadian work), Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), or LMIA-based work permit with future PR pathway.
