Definition of arranged employment

🍁 In Simple Terms

A valid 'arranged employment' job offer for the skilled worker program must come from a single Canadian employer (not an embassy), be for at least one year of continuous full-time work after your PR visa is issued, and be in a TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation under the National Occupational Classification. Offers from embassies or certain categories of employers named in the regulations do not qualify.
