The standard administration fee charged to a transporter for bringing an inadmissible person to Canada is $3,200 per person. Transporters that have a memorandum of understanding with the Minister may qualify for a reduced fee, but only if they can demonstrate compliance with that agreement.

(1)280 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the administration fee assessed under section 279 is $3,200.
