🍁 In Simple Terms

The Minister can order a person to be detained or released on conditions. Officers can also arrest without a warrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe a person is inadmissible.

54 The Immigration Division is the competent Division of the Board with respect to the review of reasons for detention under this Division.
